Wow! It’s Been 5 Years...

In 2020, the world witnessed history.

Now it's to Reconnect. Regulate. Rise.

After years of carrying the weight of care, nurses and healthcare professionals are exhausted, overwhelmed and often unsupported.

I created The Resilience Experience, a transformational wellness workshop for nurses and healthcare professionals to offer space for healing, reflection, and reconnection to purpose.

Inspired by the award-winning documentary 2020: Year of the Nurse,
this experience draws directly from the film’s raw, emotional stories of frontline workers.

Through the power of film, interactive exercises, and mindset tools, participants reconnect to their purpose and leave with practical strategies for nervous system regulation, team connection, and professional restoration.

Events Highlights

On May 8, 2025, KLOSA Production, in partnership with FAM and Germanna College, proudly hosted a moving celebration in honor of Nurses Week highlighting the courage, compassion, and commitment of our nursing community.

A highlight of the evening was the special film screening of 2020 Year of the Nurse, a powerful documentary that captures the real stories, sacrifices, and strength of nurses on the frontlines.

🎥 The film served as a reminder of just how essential nurses are in every chapter of our healthcare journey.

We also extend our heartfelt thanks to Governor Glenn Youngkin, who issued an official Proclamation recognizing Nurses Week (May 6–12) in the Commonwealth of Virginia. His support underscores the invaluable role nurses play in our state and beyond.

As we celebrate this week, we honor not only a profession but the people behind it. Nurses who lead, heal, and inspire with every shift, every patient, every day.
